This summer heat has been extra brutal this year and I can’t seem to get enough water…ever. Luckily we filtered water at work and I have my Brita at home so I’ve been refilling my S’well bottle like crazy. It keeps my water super cold for hours, it’s a great size so it’s easy to hold and I get sooo many compliments on how cute it is! During the summer I try to drink over 100 ounces a day and that would a ton of plastic to throw away if I was drinking out of disposable bottles. I kind of want to purchase another so I can leave one at home and one at work

Homemade Fat Bombs![Trending fat bombs]()
Keeping myself full all day while following strict paleo can get a little tough sometimes, especially long days at work where I need to be creative and stay focused. I have started making fat bombs and bringing them along as an afternoon snack! I make lemon ones, raspberry, peppermint, all kinds! My favorite so far was from the Paleo Mom, these blueberry cheesecake bites! They are so delicious! I didn’t have carob powder so I used some bakers chocolate I had in my pantry for the sauce.
